Moore is expected to join in February from BlackRock (NYSE:BLK), where she was most recently portfolio manager and served as head of thematic strategy for the allocation business, according to a memo to employees signed by the head of Citigroup’s wealth division, Andy Sieg.

The executive has also been chief investment strategist for JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM)’s private bank and held positions at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS). She will replace Steven Wieting, interim CIO since David Bailin’s resignation last year.
